KN-LINK Co., Ltd. ("we") runs KN-LINK BOXING CLUB and related services (the "Services"). This policy explains how we handle your personal information. If this English version differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

2. Information we collect

Name, email address, phone number, address, age, and contact details such as WhatsApp or LINE
Information needed for your booking and coaching, such as boxing experience, upcoming fights, weight and training records
Photos and videos you send us for coaching or video feedback
Health information, such as injuries or conditions, so we can coach you safely
Payment details such as date and amount. We do not collect or store card numbers
Messages you send us and your newsletter subscription details
Information our server records when you visit this site, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit

3. How we use it

To provide the Services (school classes, private sessions, online coaching, video feedback, training camp support for overseas fighters), manage bookings and contact you
To confirm your booking, schedule sessions, and process payments
To understand your physical condition and injuries so we can coach you safely
To send newsletters or messages, only if you have signed up
To answer your inquiries
To improve our Services, using aggregated data that does not identify you
To comply with the law

4. Health information

We collect information about injuries or health conditions only with your consent, and use it only to coach you safely. We delete it once we no longer need it after your sessions end.

5. Photos, videos and testimonials

We use the videos you send us only for coaching and feedback.
If other people, such as sparring partners, appear in your video, please get their permission before sending it.
We will ask for your consent (or a parent's consent for minors) before showing your photos, videos or comments on our website or social media.

6. Minors

If we collect personal information from people under 18, we obtain consent from a parent or guardian.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required or permitted by law, or where necessary to protect someone's life, health or property and your consent is difficult to obtain.

9. Data stored outside Japan

Some of these providers are based outside Japan, mainly in the United States, or store data on servers outside Japan. We use them after confirming that they maintain systems that meet the standards of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

10. How we protect your information

Only our representative and people who need it for their work can access personal information.
We use two-step verification on the accounts that hold personal information, and keep access to the minimum.
We delete personal information we no longer need.
When information is stored outside Japan, we take into account the data protection laws of that country.

11. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you how we use your information, to give you a copy, to correct or delete it, to stop using it, or to stop sharing it. Email us at the address below. We will confirm your identity and respond without undue delay, in line with applicable law. There is no fee.

If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in each email. You can stop LINE messages by blocking or removing our account.

13. Server logs and cookies

This site does not use analytics tools or advertising cookies. Our server automatically records access logs, such as IP addresses, which we use to prevent unauthorized access and fix technical problems. This site uses Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to display text. If we start using analytics tools, we will update this policy.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when laws or our Services change. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
